2014

It started with one recipe

A corner kitchen, a hand-me-down mixer, and a banana pudding recipe scribbled on an index card. We sold out the first morning and never looked back.

Today

Still small-batch, still scratch

Everything is made by hand in small batches before opening: buttercream whipped to order, puddings layered the same morning they are sold. No shortcuts, no day-olds.
